I received a phone call from a very professional, patient and customer driven lady. This lady took the time and explained the details from top to bottom from what I wanted for myself. She mentioned that when I find what I was looking for to then contact herself again. Zero pressure. Never tried rushing or pushing a sale. Once I decided what I was looking for She not only did the financial paperwork, but reached our to the seller and got the required info to make this so much easier for myself. She never made me feel “got to close this deal”. When I say I don’t care for to many if any financial directors, this lady made me understand easy and with details.
